Doncaster College are the leading provider of further education in Doncaster. Not only are they one of the largest providers of further education in the South Yorkshire Region, but they also offer vocational, academic and apprenticeship routes into further education.
Doncaster College approached Moirae to develop a plan to increase attendance to their open days. The key challenge was creating a campaign which had a very specific demographic within a set location. We also needed to communicate the open days in an alternative way than previous campaigns to encourage an increase in sign-ups.
With search campaigns it's possible to target a narrow demographic within a given catchment area
We created a Google AdWords campaign which helped drive students to fill in their details to attend one of the colleges open days for their specific courses.
As a result of the various ads we used to target the required audience, attendance of the open day increased by 50% compared to previous years.
