Ancala Water Services works in partnership with the Ministry of Defence and manage a £1billion 25-year Public Private Partnership contract which delivers water and wastewater services to nearly 1,100 defence sites across England and Wales.
The acquisition of Kelda Water Services Defence by Ancala Partners created the opportunity for the development of a new brand and strategic vision. As part of the rebranding process, it was key that we established trust between the existing stakeholders and the new ownership. The new brand needed to create a platform for Ancala Water Services to win future business outside of the Defence market, and we also needed to roll out the project within a 28-day transition window.
